About me

I am a third-year software engineering student at the University of Calgary, soon beginning my career. I am endeavoring to be a data engineer as I find the specialization exciting and challenging. Today, almost everything generates data, and the work of gathering, analyzing, and sorting it is what I hope to be doing. One thing that excites me about a career as a data engineer is the opportunity to solve puzzles. When programming, I treat each bug like a puzzle that needs to be resolved and take it one step at a time.

Outside of software, I am passionate about sports. I love watching hockey, basketball, soccer, and football. For hockey my teams are; Calgary flames, Buffalo Sabres, Los Angeles Kings. In basketball, the Charlotte Hornets, Minnesota Timberwolves, Toronto Raptors are the teams I support. In soccer, my club is Arsenal. Football teams that I cheer for are; the Seattle Seahawks, Indiana Colts, and whichever team Justin Fields goes to.
